Welcome to SS40 AI Email Agent, provided by SS40 NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "our"). By accessing or using our services at mailai.ss40network.cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

SS40 AI Email Agent connects your authorized business email accounts (including Gmail via Google OAuth 2.0) with WhatsApp to deliver real-time email summaries, draft reply proposals, and morning inbox briefings.

2. User Responsibilities & Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WhatsApp account and authorization credentials.
You agree to use the service only for lawful business communication and in compliance with applicable laws and Google's Acceptable Use Policies.
You agree not to use the service to transmit spam, fraudulent messages, or unsolicited bulk communications.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features require an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on monthly, half-yearly, or yearly terms in Indian Rupees (INR) with applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Official GST tax invoices are provided for all transactions.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, brand logos, user interfaces, and documentation associated with SS40 AI Email Agent are the exclusive intellectual property of SS40 NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED.

5. Termination

You may discontinue your use of the service at any time by unlinking your mailbox or cancelling your subscription. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SS40 NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
