SS40 NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of all users who access or use our AI Email to WhatsApp Agent service available at mailai.ss40network.cloud.

1. Information We Collect

Google User Data: When you connect your Gmail account via Google OAuth 2.0, we collect your email address, display name, and temporary authorization tokens. With your explicit permission, we access incoming email messages and thread metadata to summarize them and send notifications to your WhatsApp account.
WhatsApp & Contact Information: Your registered WhatsApp phone number used for dispatching email briefings and notifications.
Billing & Account Information: Name, business name, GST number (if provided), and subscription status. We do not store raw credit card or banking details.

Google API Limited Use Disclosure

SS40 AI Email Agent's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do NOT sell Google user data to third parties, advertising platforms, or data brokers. We do NOT use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

2. How We Use Your Information

To ingest incoming emails and generate instant, AI-summarized notifications to your authorized WhatsApp number.
To draft replies that you explicitly review, approve, and command to send from WhatsApp.
To generate official GST tax invoices for active subscription plans.
To provide customer support and critical administrative alerts.

3. Data Storage & Security

All sensitive credentials, including Google OAuth refresh tokens and access tokens, are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Communication between our server, Google APIs, and your browser is encrypted via Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS).

4. Data Retention & Revocation

You may disconnect your Gmail account at any time via the Admin Portal (/portal) or by revoking access directly in your Google Account Permissions. Upon disconnection, stored authentication tokens are permanently removed from our active database.
